We are committed to delivering high-quality experiences. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled based on where you made your purchase.
If you purchased a subscription, upgrade, or any digital item through the Apple App Store (iOS in-app purchases), refunds are handled directly by Apple, not by App Fabrikası.
To request a refund for an App Store purchase:
Open your email receipt from Apple and click “Report a Problem”, or
Apple, at its sole discretion, will determine refund eligibility.
If you purchased through the Google Play Store, refunds are managed by Google.
To request a refund:
Open Google Play on your device.
Tap your profile > Payments & Subscriptions > Budget & history > Find the item and select Request a Refund, or
Visit https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637 for detailed instructions.
Google will determine your refund eligibility according to their policies.
If you purchased a product or subscription directly through our website or app using Paddle (our authorized reseller), refund requests are handled by App Fabrikası in accordance with this policy.
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
You request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
You have not made significant use of the service or product.
You provide a valid reason for the refund request.
To request a refund for Paddle purchases:
Contact our support team at [email protected] with your purchase details (order ID, email address used at purchase).
Refunds are processed through Paddle’s billing system and will be credited back to your original payment method.
We reserve the right to decline refund requests outside the permitted time window or in cases of excessive or abusive refund behavior.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the following are generally non-refundable:
Fully used subscription periods
Services or digital goods that have been significantly consumed
Renewal charges where cancellation was not made before the next billing cycle
You are responsible for managing your subscriptions.
Apple Subscriptions: Manage via Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your iOS device.
Google Play Subscriptions: Manage via Google Play > Profile > Payments & Subscriptions.
Paddle Subscriptions: Manage using the link provided in your original Paddle purchase receipt email.
Canceling a subscription stops future billing but does not automatically generate a refund.
